The Director of Business Administration reports directly to the Sheriff and Undersheriff and is responsible for the effective and efficient management of all administrative functions of the Sheriff’s Office which include, payroll, personnel, purchasing, budget preparation and analysis, legal affairs, policies, Information Technology systems, facilities maintenance and planning functions, labor negotiations, and statutory and regulatory compliance in all areas (N.J.S.A., N.J.A.C., PEOSHA, EEO/LAD, Court Orders, etc).
