The Passaic County Sheriff’s Office recognizes the growing threat of identity theft and financial fraud—and we’re committed to helping residents protect their personal information. That’s why we proudly offer free Community Shred Days through our Document Safe Shred program.

This secure and cost-free service allows Passaic County residents to safely dispose of sensitive documents, such as old bank statements, medical records, tax papers, and other materials that could be used to commit fraud if improperly discarded.
